Stone Methodist Chapel Anniversary
To celebrate Stone Methodist Chapel 139 years Anniversary (1877 - 2016), On Sunday 17th July there will be Church, BUT, not as you know it!
Come along at 11am for Tea/Coffee and biscuits, followed by Songs of Praise and a virtual prayer pilgrimage around the village and much more.
Birthday cake from 12 noon.

Archaeology Open Day
TArchaeological Solutions are currently conducting an excavation in Stone and are recorded elements of the medieval village. While the excavations are on-going, they will be opening the site to members of the public on the 14th of July.
We would welcome you to visit the site to see the earliest phases of the village as they emerge from beneath our feet, and to see the artefacts left behind
