Alpha Course
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Typically run over 11 weeks, each session looks at a different question that people can have about faith and is designed to create conversation. It’s just an informal, open and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together. The course will begin on 12th September at 7 pm in St Mary’s Centre. Please think if there is anyone you would like to invite to come along to Alpha, and, even better, come along with them, too! Kingsey Church
During the summer, Elizabeth Bond of Kingsey will be artist in residence in Kingsey Church working on a large frame to renew the church Easter altar frontal. The church will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer holidays from 11.00am-5.00pm with tea and cake available.
Come and visit Kingsey Church for this special project. See a specialist embroiderer at work and find out how their church furnishings tell the story of faith.
